Professional Licensure Disclosure Doctor of Nursing Practice

Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV is regionally accredited by the (NWCCU), and is reporting this information in compliance with Standard 2.G.3.

The Doctor of Nursing Practice program is accredited by the  (CCNE).

The Doctor of Nursing Practice program is designed to meet the educational requirements for nurse practitioners in Idaho. Graduates of the Doctor of Nursing Practice program meet the licensure requirements and can perform clinical hours in Idaho and all of the following states: 

Florida

Hawaii

Indiana:

Maine

Michigan

Montana

New Jersey:

New Mexico:

North Carolina

Oregon

South Carolina

Utah:

Vermont

Virginia:

Wisconsin

If you intend to seek licensure outside of Idaho in a state or U.S. territory that is not in the above list, we recommend that you contact the state or territory’s licensing agency directly before beginning the ISU program.  In some cases, the agency may have determined that ISU’s Doctor of Nursing Practice program partially meets the educational requirements, or has not yet determined if ISU’s program meets the educational requirements for licensure.
