Sierra Baca-Zeff, Ph.D.

Sierra Baca-Zeff has a background in experimental psychology with a focus in human behavior and decision making. Being a first-generation student, she is passionate about student success and creating opportunities for students to develop a passion for learning. In her free time, she enjoys backpacking, cross-country skiing, and spending time with her son.

Reinalyn is a collector of nerdy hobbies and learning experiences which the bachelor's and master's degree in Psychology only scratches the surface of. A first-generation college student herself, she pays back the mentorship she received from various teachers and professors to the students in Bengal Bridge and the classes she teaches.

Treyton Harris is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of the Bengal Bridge program at 麻豆传媒AV. He also coordinates the Bridges to Research Careers program, which supports students in pursuing undergraduate research and preparing for careers in biomedical research. Treyton is an ISU alumnus and first-generation college graduate, and is passionate about helping students build academic confidence and a sense of belonging in higher education.
