Leadership Development
The Leadership Development 12-Week Program at Â鶹´«Ã½AV is designed to inspire and equip both emerging and experienced leaders with the skills, insights, and connections needed to lead with confidence and purpose. Through engaging professional development experiences, participants will explore practical tools and strategies for effective, strategic leadership in today’s evolving higher education environment.
This interactive program emphasizes self-discovery, collaboration, and real-world application. Participants will strengthen core leadership competencies, identify and leverage their unique strengths, and build confidence in giving and receiving constructive feedback. Along the way, they will develop meaningful relationships with colleagues across campus, creating a valuable peer network for collaboration, idea-sharing, and ongoing support.
Throughout the 12 weeks, participants will also deepen their understanding of organizational change and learn how to navigate challenges with adaptability, communication, and vision. By the end of the program, leaders will leave with enhanced self-awareness, practical leadership strategies, and stronger cross-campus connections that support both personal and professional growth.

Leadership Development sessions will be held via Zoom each Wednesday beginning September 9, 2026, with a graduation luncheon on December 2, 2026. Please note that sessions will not be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2026.
