Tom Walters
Adjunct Faculty
Tom Walters is a research and development engineer in the Material Science and Engineering Department at Idaho National Laboratory in Idaho Falls, Idaho and an Adjunct Mechanical Engineering Faculty member at Â鶹´«Ã½AV in Pocatello, Idaho. He chairs the Industry Advisory Board for the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Walters earned a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Idaho, Moscow in 1997; a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (2000) and a Master of Science in Measurement and Control Engineering from Â鶹´«Ã½AV (2007). He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from Â鶹´«Ã½AV. Mr. Walters' research interests include material characterization, control and data acquisition design, and system identification.
