Blue Cross of Idaho awards Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV grant to help screen for traumatic brain injury

Adults screened for traumatic brain injury through Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV’s Traumatic Brain Injury Program will be eligible for $50 vouchers for additional treatment, thanks to a $500 grant from the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health.

ISU Japan Club to host taiko drumming demonstration and lecture by Kenny Endo Oct. 21 from 7:30-9 p.m.

POCATELLO- Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV’s Japan Club will host a taiko Japanese drumming demonstration and lecture by renowned taiko performer, Kenny Endo, on Oct. 21 from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at ISU’s Frazier Hall Auditorium.

Astrophysicist, NASA scientist and best-selling author Jeffrey Bennett will deliver the talk “Global Warming Demystified: The Science. The Consequences, and the Solutions (and why conservatives and liberals can all agree)” from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 26 at Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV.

POCATELLO – Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV will host the 21st annual Southeast Idaho Homeless Stand Down 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 29 at Reed Gymnasium in an effort to help the local homeless population.

POCATELLO – The annual Pocatello Ski Swap will be held Oct. 28-29 at Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV in the Pond Student Union Ballroom and the annual Warren Miller ski movie will be show at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 29 in Frazier Hall.
