Idaho principals share their thoughts on teacher evaluation

An Â鶹´«Ã½AV study completed in 2017 revealed perceptions held by Idaho principals about the statewide teacher evaluation program implemented in 2015. Noteworthy findings included that principals believe the evaluation program helps them identify both good and poor teachers, helped inform the professional development needs of their teachers, and that they are adequately trained and knowledgeable about how to properly conduct teacher evaluation according to state guidelines.

POCATELLO – Â鶹´«Ã½AV Department of Chemistry researchers are using thermal imaging – and a lot of complicated math formulas – to develop a nondestructive means of recovering defaced or scraped serial numbers from stolen items such as guns or vehicles.

POCATELLO – Â鶹´«Ã½AV’s Bengal Bridge will continue to accept applications for summer 2018 until April 15. Bengal Bridge is a seven-week summer college semester for recently graduated high school seniors. Students have the opportunity to earn 9-10 college credits towards their degree for $585 instead of the regular tuition price of $3,583.
