Transcript Request Guidelines
For transcripts containing grades for courses registered after September 8, 2026, please use the Elevated Courses tab.
For transcripts containing grades for courses registered before September 8, 2026, please use the Legacy Courses tab.

- For requests opting for mail delivery, processing and mailing will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
- To check to see if your courses are graded, please log in. Once you are logged in, select Transcript from the navigation menu, then choose Unofficial PD Transcript to view your current course grades and completion information. If either the grade or credit field is blank, the course has not yet been graded.

- For courses for which you registered on and after 12:00 am (MT) on September 8, 2026, please go to your page within your Albion Institute account.
- From there, you will be able to choose between downloading a PDF version of your transcript or sending your transcript out via email.
