To ensure compliance with federal and state civil-rights laws and regulations and to affirm the University’s commitment to fairness and equity, the University has established internal policies and procedures that provide a prompt, fair, and impartial process for resolving allegations of Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation.
This policy applies to all University programs and activities and to all misconduct except those forms of sexual misconduct which falls within the jurisdiction of Title IX. Questions about which policy applies in which circumstances may be directed to the Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX." (See updated ISUPP #1110)
