- Lindsey is an alumna of Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV and began her full-time career with Facilities Services in 2015. She first served as an Office Specialist II and Administrative Assistant I before advancing to her current role as Management Assistant in 2017. In this position, she supports the Associate Vice President of Facilities and collaborates with all areas of the department.
- Lindsey is a valued member of the Facilities team. Throughout her tenure, she has been a supportive colleague and a trusted friend to many across both the department and campus. Known for her warm and welcoming nature, she consistently brings a positive presence to every interaction. Her contributions have been deeply appreciated, and her impact will be long remembered.

- Mandy is an alumna of Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2019 with an Associate of Applied Science in Administrative Management. She is known for her warm and welcoming presence in the Facilities main office, helping create a friendly and approachable atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door. Her attention to detail and consistent performance are highly valued across the department.
- What Mandy enjoys most about working in Facilities is the collaborative environment, the positive workplace culture, and her colleagues. She takes great pride in keeping the front office running efficiently and supporting the coordination of maintenance requests to help ensure the campus operates smoothly. She is also known for her inclusiveness and enjoys bringing the team together for activities such as potlucks and other gatherings.

- Mikayla is the Administrative Assistant II for Maintenance & Operations and has been with ISU for four years. An Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV alumna, she graduated in 2020 with a degree in Global Studies. In her role, she supports the Maintenance and Operations team in ensuring the campus remains comfortable, clean, and safe.
- A proud Idaho native, Mikayla enjoys spending time outdoors in the garden and indoors crafting. She has a strong passion for food—both cooking and trying new dishes—and is always happy to exchange recipes.
- Mikayla enjoys a good cup of coffee and connecting with fellow Bengals and friends. Deeply committed to helping others, she values service to the community and has a strong passion for social justice and advocating for positive change.

About the Administrative Support Team
The Administrative Support team provides essential support for the entire Facilities Services department while delivering exceptional customer service to the faculty, staff, and students of Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV. We work collaboratively to ensure the department operates efficiently, daily operations run smoothly, and the needs of our campus community are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities of the Administrative Support team include:
- Processing work orders and maintenance requests
- Coordinating the processing and distribution of campus keys
- Collaborating with Human Resources on personnel and employment needs
- Assisting with the hiring and onboarding of student, part-time, and full-time employees
- Maintaining and tracking departmental records and information
- Coordinating department travel arrangements and documentation
- Providing administrative support for departmental projects, programs, and strategic initiatives
Interesting facts:
- We issue an average of 200 keys each month to support campus access and security needs.
- We process approximately 800 work orders and maintenance requests each month, ensuring timely service across the University.
- We provide administrative and personnel support for the Facilities Services Department, which consists of more than 175 full-time employees.
